Coatings Furnace Operator Duties: Coordinates load, unload and monitor multiple furnaces Enter program data, monitors equipment observes temperature and flow gauges, adjust parameters, timing, and temperatures, Record and log hourly data, annotate furnace variances, verify completeness of documentation to comply with NADCAP requirements. Complete all written and or electronic data, labor tracking and quality requirements Effectively and efficiently produce parts according to specifications and quality guidelines Assist in maintenance and quality in performing required calibrations, SAT, TUS, repair and troubleshooting of equipment. Dry hone, grit blast component pieces Heat tint materialMaterial regenerationPack and unpack parts Monitor Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) furnace load, unload engage gases Communicate professionally and effectively with peers, leadership, and customers. Always utilize proper PPE and safety equipment. Cross-train other employees Maintain, implement, and improve 5-S Principles. Regular attendance and punctuality required. Adhere to and promote Corporate Code of Ethical Standards. Ensure compliance with Company IPM/QPM and ISO quality requirements.
