Requirements
- Prior automotive service advising experience required; fleet or commercial service experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
- Understanding of automotive maintenance, repair processes, and warranty procedures
- Must be drug-free, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and pass a background check

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial and fleet customers
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services to minimize vehicle downtime
- Create accurate repair orders and ensure proper documentation for billing and warranty
- Communicate repair updates, timelines, and approvals clearly and professionally
- Work closely with technicians and parts departments to prioritize fleet needs
- Maintain strong relationships with business clients to drive retention and long-term partnerships
- Assist with scheduling, dispatch coordination, and follow-up to ensure satisfaction
