About The Position

Requirements

  • Experience in developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures that enhance patient care and safety.
  • Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills with the ability to drive organizational change and innovation in clinical practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, patients, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards in the behavioral health sector.
  • Ability to analyze complex clinical data and make informed decisions to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Proficiency in using healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest advancements in clinical care and behavioral health trends.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for all clinical programs and services.
