Requirements

  • Proven experience as a scaling architect with a hands-on mentality, having scaled organizations as VP/Director Growth/Sales or CCO/CGO from 20 to 100 million euros in revenue.
  • Strong skills in organizational design, process development, and scaling.
  • Deep knowledge of pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to analyze complex markets and make bold, pragmatic decisions.
  • Charismatic collaborative leader who connects and empowers diverse teams.
  • Drive and inspiration in leadership, focusing on team success over personal ego.
  • AI-driven mindset with proficiency in modern tech stacks and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for all products and services.
  • Optimize pricing, packaging, and sales processes to enable robust growth across all target audiences and channels.
  • Lead the successful launch and marketing of new products and SaaS services throughout the care continuum.
  • Build and lead a high-performance commercial team comprising Sales, Marketing, Customer Success & Growth.
  • Establish structures, processes, and a culture focused on ambitious goals and teamwork.
  • Disrupt traditional market structures in healthcare using bold, innovative strategies.
