About The Position

Our Moxy Hotel Tempe/Phoenix ASU is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and independent-working Chief Engineer to maintain the property up to brand standards and Owner expectations. As part of the property team you will help us “craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns”! Requirements

• 5 years previous Hotel Maintenance Experience requested
• Excellent Guest Service, Computer and Communication Skills are required via verbal, written and electronic means

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the team
• Assist in budgeted needs of the maintenance department and developing sustainability programs
• Assistance in execution of the annual CapEX plans and management of preventative maintenance program
• Responsible for all guest requests from engineering perspective
• Manage Quore for guest requests, internal requests and PM rooms
• Posting schedule in a timely manner and complete daily 5 minute check in's in Hotel Effectiveness
• Place and receive all PO's through Birchstreet
• Attending all required leadership meetings and one on ones throughout the week and month
• Ensure all SOPs are being utilized and Safety Standards are upheld
