This role offers the opportunity to provide senior financial leadership that supports the financial strength and sustainability of Pharmacy - Clinical Shared Services within a complex healthcare environment. The Role The CFO, Pharmacy – Clinical Shared Services, is the senior finance leader responsible for enterprise pharmacy financial performance across inpatient and outpatient pharmacy, infusion services, 340B programs, and retail and specialty pharmacy operations. This executive leads the development of short‑ and long‑term financial strategies, identifies growth and optimization opportunities, and ensures disciplined financial execution across a multi‑billion‑dollar portfolio. The role serves as the single accountable executive for enterprise pharmacy financial performance, including direct P&L responsibility for Credena Health, LLC, alongside oversight of additional pharmacy service lines and programs. The portfolio encompasses complex revenue, inventory, rebate, 340B, and payer dynamics that require strong financial ownership and close operational partnership. This is an enterprise finance leadership role that sits at the intersection of patient access and the health system’s largest opportunity for meaningful financial improvement. You will lead the financial strategy, performance management, and value‑creation agenda across Providence’s integrated pharmacy portfolio—spanning acute, ambulatory, infusion, retail/specialty, and 340B/contract pharmacy. A defining element of this role is Credena, Providence’s owned retail pharmacy platform, which approaches $1B in annual revenue—creates a rare opportunity to translate financial discipline into improved access, sustainability, and system‑wide impact. This position may be based in Portland, OR; Renton, WA; or Irvine, CA. About Credena Health Credena Health is one component of Providence’s broader pharmacy platform.
