Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Agriculture or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 11 plus years of experience in agricultural credit, lending, sales, or compliance,
- 6 plus years of experience in a formal leadership or supervisory role.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Comprehensive knowledge of lending, sales, marketing, public relations, and advocacy, including regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of agriculture and rural communities.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Ability to lead at the highest organizational level, drive results, lead change and set strategic priorities.
- Familiarity with the Farm Credit System and commitment to its mission.
- Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
