About The Position
Lead, train, and mentor an engineering team that keeps safety, service, and standards at the core. Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems—basically, be the hotel’s MVP when things go sideways. Strategically plan and execute the capital and engineering budgets—yes, you’ll get your hands dirty and crunch the numbers. Manage inventory and scheduling to ensure productivity. Champion our loss prevention and safety programs—because protecting people and property is priority one. Partner with leadership to support renovations and preventive maintenance projects that elevate guest experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years in engineering
- Proven leadership skills
- Budget & P&L experience
- Knowledge of safety codes
- Tech-savvy mindset
- Flexible availability: Nights, weekends, or holidays
