About The Position

Responsible for delivering high‑level advice and strategy on global markets with a specialized focus on delivering sophisticated tax sensitive investment guidance which may include alternative investment solutions tailored for ultra‑high‑net‑worth families. This role provides deep insight into private markets, real assets, hedge fund strategies, and other sophisticated investment opportunities that support long‑term multigenerational objectives. The strategist plays a critical role in supporting business owners navigating major liquidity events.

Requirements

  • BA or BS
  • 15 years of Job Related Experience

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to ensure investment guidance enhances the client experience and supports the long‑term objectives of UHNW families.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Family Wealth & Fiduciary Services to integrate market and alternative‑asset insights into trust administration, estate planning, and family‑governance discussions.
  • Serve as a senior investment strategist in high‑stakes family meetings, governance sessions, and multigenerational education engagements.
  • Support advisors in deepening UHNW client engagement by providing timely alternative‑asset perspectives and market-based recommendations.
  • Deliver regular training sessions to advisors, fiduciary officers, and relationship managers to enhance their ability to discuss alternative markets with UHNW clients.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
