Starwood Hotels is seeking a bold, brand-obsessed, and commercially driven Chief Marketing Officer to lead the next chapter of growth across its distinctive portfolio: 1 Hotels (nature-inspired luxury), Baccarat Hotels (ultra-luxury heritage), and Treehouse Hotels (playful, experience-driven lifestyle). Starwood is a purpose-driven company, with each brand grounded in a clear mission—from sustainability and conscious living at 1 Hotels, to craftsmanship and heritage at Baccarat, to joy, playfulness, and human connection at Treehouse. This role is responsible for ensuring those missions are not only communicated—but experienced, scaled, and monetized authentically. This is not a conventional hospitality marketing role. You will oversee a multi-dimensional ecosystem that includes hotels, a growing portfolio of Food & Beverage venues, daylife and nightlife concepts, a pipeline of new openings, branded residential marketing, and a rapidly evolving wellness and experiential platform. You will also lead the evolution of 1 Hotels Mission Membership, a non-traditional loyalty ecosystem designed to reward conscious behavior and deepen emotional connection—not just transactional frequency. At its core, this role sits at the intersection of brand, purpose, experiential storytelling, and revenue growth. candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of the design leadership team while assisting in the preparation and presentation of design initiatives that help shape the future of the Starwood Hotels brand.
