WHAT YOU’LL DO The Chief of Staff, Care Delivery is a high-impact, highly visible role serving as a force multiplier to the lead of our Care Delivery organization. This leader oversees an organization of approximately 500 clinical and operational staff — spanning nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians, community health workers, social workers, and operators — working within a value-based oncology care model. The Chief of Staff, Care Delivery will drive clarity, alignment, and execution across one of the most complex and consequential parts of the organization. This is not a coordination-only role. The right candidate will operate with autonomy, exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership on both long-term priorities and day-to-day operational performance. This role is ideal for a sharp, mission-driven operator who wants enterprise-level exposure, thrives in fast-moving environments, and aspires to a broader leadership role in healthcare. This role reports to our SVP of Clinical Innovation & Delivery Design. To hit the ground running, we expect you to have a proven track record and experience in healthcare working on high-performing teams. Ideally, you will have experience working in a setting that leverages data and technology to support patient care. We also expect you to see problems as opportunities and be the first to step up, fix, and overcome them.
