We’re looking for a high-impact, service-oriented leader to step into the Chief of Staff, Marketing role, reporting directly to the CMO. This person will drive operational excellence across the marketing department, owning day-to-day workflows and administrative infrastructure while partnering closely with production, web, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution at the highest level. In addition to operational execution, this role will help translate the CMO’s strategic vision into actionable marketing priorities across teams, ensuring alignment between brand, growth, and content initiatives. At its core, this role is about doing what the day requires, as priorities will shift. The Chief of Staff will act as a force multiplier for the CMO by driving alignment, accountability, and execution across the marketing function. The ideal candidate is humble, proactive, and willing to roll up their sleeves in a growing organization where no task is too small or too large. This person must anticipate challenges, prevent issues before they arise, and effectively direct traffic to keep initiatives moving forward.
