What You Will Do Act as a strategic partner to the co-founder, operating as a “mini-COO” to drive execution across the business Own and improve internal operations, including decision-making processes, communication flows, and organizational efficiency Represent leadership in key internal and external meetings, including customer and partner discussions Lead high-impact strategic initiatives such as partnerships, vendor selection, and go-to-market execution Build and scale operational systems across sales, hiring, pipeline management, and performance tracking Work closely with the commercial team (primary focus) and support product initiatives as needed Help design and execute go-to-market strategies, including partner-led growth motions Take increasing ownership of business operations, with a clear path toward leadership roles such as COO or CRO
