Your Role The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a transformational leader who embodies and models Near North Health’s Service Commitment: “I am Near North Health. I see you, respect you, and follow through.” Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO drives operational excellence through hospitality-based leadership (the intentional focus on how every interaction makes patients and staff feel), ensuring every system, process, and team interaction reflects the principle that patient and staff experience is central to operational excellence. This role has direct oversight of IT, Care Coordination, and Operations (Patient Access, EVS, Facilities, Site Management, WIC, and support programs).
