Reporting into the President, gategroup North America, the Chief People Officer, gategroup North America will be an active member of the Regional Management team and also global People Leadership team. This role is responsible for defining and implementing the HR strategy for the regional business, with particular focus on maintaining and improving employee relations, employee engagement, talent management and development across the region. The position will partner with the President to understand the business objectives and develop and implement a people strategy to support the objectives. This role will have a dotted-line report to and partner with the gategroup Chief People Officer, defining and refining the global HR strategy and execution. The position will partner with the President to understand the business objectives and develop and implement a people strategy to support the objectives. This role will have a dotted-line report to and partner with the gategroup Chief Human Resources Officer, defining and refining the global HR strategy and execution. Further, this role provides technical guidance and oversight to the Global Center of Excellence for Compensation and Benefits.
