About The Position

Reporting to the ICBD CEO, we seek a sophisticated technology leader to drive our strategic IT vision and implement customer centric, cutting-edge AI solutions that drive product revenue and commercialize innovation.
You will be the architect of our technical future and the essential bridge between our client-facing teams and our engineering capabilities. She/he will lead the charge in AI innovation, transforming customer needs into commercial products, and driving efficiency in a fast-growth environment.
This role requires an execution-oriented senior executive capable of bridging the gap between Gen AI/ML, complex healthcare platforms and data, as well as operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years in technology leadership roles in a highly results driven entrepreneurial environments (preferably within the healthcare sector), including managing AI/ML teams.
• Significant software development expertise including at least 5 years’ AI strategy experience, including developing cutting-edge, bespoke AI solutions on an individual use case basis.
• A customer-obsessed mindset with proven experience driving product revenue and commercializing technical innovations.
• Ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, compelling business language for clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Experience building or guiding technical teams, mentoring engineers, and fostering a culture of innovation.
• MBA or Masters. Bachelor’s degree in technology related field is highly desirable e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• Some P&L ownership experience would be desirable.
• M&A transactions exposure - preferably gained within a PE or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s technology strategy, aligning it with overarching business goals and supporting ICBD’s rapid growth.
• Lead the charge in AI strategy development through understanding the AI needs of ICBD’s portfolio companies and leading the integration of AI initiatives to improve efficiency
• Work directly with clients and commercial teams to understand pain points, driving "customer-obsessed" solutions rather than just technical perfection.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between sales/client-facing teams and the development team, translating business goals into technical requirements and vice-versa.
• Drive operational excellence in a hands-on, rapid-growth environment. This will include refining internal technical processes, automating routine tasks and building scalable, secure reliable systems.
• Translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand business concepts for the senior leadership team.
