About The Position
Utilize your technology leadership and strategic expertise to guide Farmers Cooperative’s information technology operations. As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will: Lead and oversee the cooperative’s information technology department and staff, ensuring systems, software, and infrastructure support business goals and operational needs Set the strategic direction for IT initiatives, including evaluating current processes, implementing upgrades, and improving efficiency through technology Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to identify technology needs and implement company wide solutions Manage IT capital expenditures, budgeting, and vendor relationships, including contract negotiations Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, cybersecurity practices, and data governance to ensure security and compliance Take advantage of our lifetime income plan, outstanding benefits package, a friendly and safe work environment, and the opportunity to serve your local agricultural community.
