This internship is ideal for undergraduate students pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree who have an interest in digital communications and software development. You will help accelerate the development of innovative test and characterization solutions for advanced ICs and chiplets powering today’s AI‑driven data centers. You will gain hands‑on experience with world‑class test equipment and work alongside industry experts solving real‑world engineering challenges.
Requirements
- Completed study of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar fields.
- Passion for understanding and solving complex problems in the most efficient way.
- Experience with Matlab or Python.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Candidates who wish to be considered must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university as of September 2026. Applicants who have graduated before September 2026 will not be considered unless they are starting a MS or PHD program after graduating.

Nice To Haves
- Experience with I2C, SPI or other control protocols is a plus.
- Experience with digital signal processing is a plus.
- Experience with machine learning, LLMs and agentic workflow development is a plus.
