We're seeking a passionate and responsible individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Assistant/Therapist. The successful candidate will work closely with patients, their families, and other medical professionals to ensure the delivery of the best chiropractic care possible. This is a full-time (hourly) non-exempt position with competitive pay based in Huntsville, TX.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Superb verbal and written communication skills to share updates with patients and other medical staff
• Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Excellent customer service skills to provide ongoing support for patients and their families
• Passion for chiropractic and a natural conservative approach to healthcare
• Experience in a healthcare-related field is preferred but not required; if the right person, we will train you
• A depth of experience and understanding of chiropractic is also preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the growth of the practice
• Non-smoking and health-conscious individuals preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a healthcare-related field is preferred but not required
• A depth of experience and understanding of chiropractic is also preferred

Responsibilities

• Guide and instruct patients with therapeutic exercises and other modalities such as electrical stimulation, spinal decompression, and the application of laser therapy
• Connect with patients in a personal yet professional way to enable them to receive the best care possible
• Assist in the growth of the practice by being a responsible and efficient critical thinker
• Assist chiropractors with patient care services, including taking patient histories and performing diagnostic tests
• Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment
