What This Role Requires This is a full-time role designed for clinicians who take ownership of their work, their growth, and the long-term impact they have on a clinic. You bring strong fundamentals and sound clinical judgment. More importantly, you are coachable, reflective, and motivated to improve over time. You care deeply about client outcomes, team standards, and contributing to something larger than yourself. Requirements

  • Licensed or license-eligible in California
