About The Position

Established growing, integrated medical practice has an immediate opening for a full-time licensed Chiropractor with a strong rehabilitation background. This position will be responsible for providing high-quality, efficient patient care while maintaining internal and external patient satisfaction. Diagnose and treat patients with health problems of the musculoskeletal system, and treat the effects of those problems on the nervous system and the general health of the patient. Work together with other disciplines to ensure the patient is receiving the best care. Attend weekly meetings with all the providers on-site to review clinical cases. Must be highly motivated and able to multitask in a busy practice, and assist in directing patient care amongst the various specialties. As part of the clinic’s team of chiropractors, you will assist in the retention of patients by providing quality service specified for the patients’ needs and expectations for care. Enthusiasm about challenges, self-motivation, and a compassionate, caring personality are a must. The candidate will work in tandem with the provider team to result in the most effective treatment plans to result in the most effective clinical outcomes. Knowledge of diseases and other medical conditions is a necessity.

  • A license must be current and in good standing in the State of New Jersey

  • Team-oriented, cooperative, and collaborative
  • Four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
  • Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
  • Valid D.C. license in NJ
  • Fully eligible for malpractice insurance in NJ

Responsibilities

  • Create treatment plans
  • Review X-rays, MRIs, Treatment Plans, and Care Coordination
  • Deliver reports on findings
  • Monitor patients for improvement and complications
  • Educate patients about services and their importance
  • Acknowledge when patients reach their goals
  • Enter detailed notes for new and existing patients
