You’ll join the Business Technology (BT) team, whose mission is to align directly with the CIO agenda and help organizations shape large-scale technology transformations. BT focuses on strategy-led work supporting clients as they make major enterprise technology investments and define multi-year transformation roadmaps.
The work is centered on platform strategy, IT and AI operating models, and enterprise transformation-projects that are often board-facing, business-critical, and require strong integration between business strategy and technology decisions. BT is actively growing its capabilities in cloud strategy, AI architecture, and CIO advisory, with an emphasis on innovation, AI enablement, and modern operating models.Your RoleAs a Senior Consultant, you will lead workstreams that help clients modernize enterprise technology platforms and operating models, with a strong focus on AI‑enabled transformation. You will partner closely with senior technology leaders to shape pragmatic, value‑driven strategies that embed AI into core platforms, translating complex architectural considerations into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans. In this role, you will take ownership of key client deliverables, contribute to team leadership and mentoring, and drive execution excellence across engagements.

Requirements

• 5–8 years in technology strategy, architecture, or management consulting
• Strong foundation in platform strategy/enterprise architecture and transformation roadmaps
• Working knowledge of cloud strategy and operating model implications
• AI landscape fluency; able to design practical enablement approaches and guardrails
• Executive-ready communication and strong client presence
• Comfortable owning workstreams and leading teams in complex environments

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across platform strategy, IT strategy, and operating model design
• Facilitate workshops with CIO/CTO/CISO leaders to drive alignment and decisions
• Build board-ready roadmaps and investment cases tied to outcomes and value
• Integrate AI enablement into platform and operating model strategies
• Translate architecture constraints into practical sequencing and delivery approaches
• Coach junior team members and ensure quality under tight timelines
