As a CIO Data Analyst Intern at Kyndryl, you’ll help transform how we use data and AI across our internal organization. Building insights, automating processes, and supporting the AI-powered solutions that drive our modern enterprise. Who You Are Program Overview As an intern, you will spend 10–12 weeks working on challenging, high-visibility projects. This position is primarily hybrid. Requirements

  • Are pursuing a degree or have equivalent experience in data science, analytics, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
  • Have an interest in how AI, low-code agents, and automation are reshaping data analytics—spanning intelligent dashboards, predictive insights, and process orchestration
  • Have foundational knowledge and or Interest in areas like data analysis, statistics, data modeling, visualization, or scripting.
  • Enjoy working with data—cleaning it, analyzing it, building dashboards, or identifying patterns that inform decisions.
  • Communicate clearly — simplifying complex findings so others can act, especially as we expand AI adoption and help teams use it effectively.
  • Bring a growth mindset, ask questions, and enjoy experimenting and iterating
  • Value inclusion, collaboration, and teamwork, and believe diverse perspectives drive innovation
