Requirements

  • CIPP Experience: Previous experience with CIPP lining installation and trenchless pipe rehabilitation methods.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage crews in the field while maintaining productivity and safety.
  • Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with boiler/steam curing systems, inversion drums, liners, CCTV equipment, and cutting robots.
  • Safety Mindset: Strong commitment to safety protocols, PPE usage, and OSHA compliance.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and work in confined spaces when required.
  • Team Player: A reliable, driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Commitment: Willingness to work long hours and travel when necessary.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.

Nice To Haves

  • CDL Preferred: Class A or B CDL preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Crew Leadership: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the CIPP installation crew to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
  • Project Execution: Oversee pipe lining operations including liner preparation, wet-out, inversion, curing (steam, hot water, or UV), and reinstatement.
  • Site Preparation: Assist with job site setup including traffic control, equipment staging, and safety measures.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor specialized equipment such as inversion units, boilers, compressors, generators, and cutting robots.
  • Quality Control: Ensure liners are installed according to specifications and perform inspections to confirm structural integrity.
  • Communication: Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and municipal clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Safety Oversight: Enforce safety standards and ensure all crew members follow company policies and procedures.
