About The Position

As a Citation Maintenance Supervisor, you will leverage demonstrated mechanical expertise—ideally with Citation 550 or 560 experience—to oversee, inspect, and document all maintenance activities. This role is designed for a leader who thrives on the responsibility of ensuring airworthiness and is eager to guide a technical team toward mission success.

Requirements

• Current Transport Canada or valid FAA A&P license.
• 2 years maintenance experience on Citation business jets, or related aircraft types such as the Twin Commander.
• Supervision and previous heavy check experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience using Computerized Aircraft Maintenance Program (CAMP) preferred.
• Citation type courses would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and carry out maintenance on aircraft for which suitably licensed.
• Troubleshoot aircraft mechanical or hydraulic systems to identify problems and adjust and repair systems according to current data and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA).
• Assist in planning, oversee and execute heavy maintenance projects.
• Liaise between avionics, structures and maintenance teams to streamline and coordinate workflow during heavy checks.
• Ensure work sheets, logs, tracking updates and other required records are complete and submitted in a timely manner.
