Penn E&R is seeking a full-time Civil Engineer (Mid-level). While you will be based out of our Doylestown, PA office, we offer hybrid flexibility. You will have the opportunity to perform a wide range of tasks across all of Penn E&R’s market sectors and be expected to perform both office-based and field-based assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field
- Engineer In Training license
- 5 to 10 years of civil engineering experience
- Work experience in the following is required:
- Hydrology and hydraulics
- Erosion and sediment controls
- Stormwater management controls
- Land Development
- Grading Design
- AutoCAD Civil 3D
Nice To Haves
- Professional license is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance for the preparation of site plans, erosion and sediment control plans, post-construction stormwater management plans, and land development/subdivision plans
- Hydrology and hydraulic and drainage calculations
- Erosion and sediment control design
- Grading Design
- Post-Construction Stormwater Management SCM design
- AutoCAD/Civil 3D and standard drafting techniques and applications with experience in the preparation of the following:
- Creating 3-D surfaces
- Grading plans
- Profiles/cross-sections
- Pipe networks and corridors
- Working with other Project Managers to coordinate with clients and prepare proposals
- Opportunities to develop project management and business development skills with a team of other professionals.
