About The Position

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has an immediate opening for an Attorney in our Westchester office. We are a full-service, AmLaw 100 firm with robust national and local practices. We have garnered national recognition for our demonstrated commitment to the recruitment, retention and advancement of qualified female and diverse attorneys. Ideal candidates should have 2+ years of general liability litigation experience (Construction Law/NYS Labor Law 200, 240, 241 experience a significant plus). Candidates must have solid knowledge of the applicable law, including counseling and litigation, an excellent academic background, proven skills in writing, analysis, research, and be a self-starter who is able to handle a case from inception with minimal supervision. Additionally, a commitment to superior client service is essential. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be licensed in at least one of the following jurisdictions: New York, additional admissions in Connecticut or New Jersey are a plus. The firm offers flexible options for successful candidates, including hybrid and full-time opportunities. The firm offers competitive compensation and a full benefits package including eligibility for subjective and objective bonuses and student debt repayment assistance. The yearly salary range is between $100,000-$275,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
