About The Position

Manage and process claims related to windshield repair and replacement. Interact with customers, and repair facilities to ensure a seamless and efficient claims process.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Experience in utilizing and learning different computer systems and software for claims processing.

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual, preferred
  • Previous experience in claims processing or customer service, preferred
  • Knowledge of automotive repair processes and insurance policies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Process and review windshield repair/replacement claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist customers in understanding their coverage and claims process.
  • Coordinate with repair facilities to schedule and track repair appointments.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all claims.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide status updates and resolving any concerns or issues.
  • Work closely with repair facilities to ensure the quality and timely completion of repairs.
  • Monitor claim progress to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
  • Resolve disputes or issues related to claims, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Locating new repair facilities.
  • All other duties as assigned
