About The Position

The Claims Customer Support Representative position is responsible for assisting and supporting the claim adjusters and managers by collecting, entering and dispersing claims-related information.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or commensurate experience required.
  • Bilingual required.
  • Minimum of two years experience working in a customer service role required.
  • Strong telephone and typing skills required.
  • Intermediate computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, Internet, email) required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and/or make customer phone calls, faxes, or emails and respond to claims-related inquiries about the status of particular claims.
  • Key data into claims system upon first notice of loss.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the claim adjusters and managers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
