As the primary liaison between the company and its members, the Claims Manager provides expert guidance and support to facilitate prompt, accurate, and efficient processing of claims involving the total loss of a vehicle. This position leads the claims team in resolving issues, implementing and upholding policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations. The goal for the department is to have claims closed within 90 days. This is accomplished by assisting members to recover funds from insurance, warranty and gaps.
