About The Position

As the Claims Senior Analyst, you’ll support the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of Best Buy’s Final Mile Claims program. In this role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of claims processing, including intake, investigation, resolution, and partner communication. You’ll collaborate with delivery partners, supply chain teams, and internal business partners to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, analyzing operational trends, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce claim costs. This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. What you’ll do Manage the intake, investigation, and resolution of Final Mile claims in alignment with program standards and SLAs Partner with DDCs, Delivery Pads, and retail partners to ensure accurate and timely claim handling Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Field Services, Finance, and vendors to improve claims processes Develop and maintain reporting to provide visibility into claim trends and operational performance Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in services, retail, merchant, supply chain, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • 4+ years of experience in services, retail, supply chain, or operations
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Experience with claims management, logistics, or vendor operations
  • Experience developing operational reports or analyzing business data
  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with process improvement or root-cause analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, liberal arts, or a related field

Responsibilities
