Weekly Schedule Expectations You’ll work a consistent, structured schedule -Monday - Thursday must be available for one overnight layover, depending on schedule (hotel provided) Compensation & Benefits $28.00/hour + Safety Bonus & Pallet Return Bonus Full benefits after 90 days, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and 401(k) Employee discounts on pet food & supplies Casual, team-oriented workplace with events and luncheons Company-supported charitable giving to local animal shelters and organizations What You’ll Do Deliver pet food and supplies using 40–48 ft. tractor/trailers equipped with rail gates and electric pallet jacks/2-wheel dollies Safely move and stage trailers in/out of bay doors Transport equipment to vendors and repair facilities Deliver vendor-supplied products Complete daily logs and required documentation Protect company equipment and maintain required certifications Contribute to a strong, safety-first culture What We’re Looking For Valid Class A CDL with 1+ year of experience Ability to pass FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements Strong driving record Knowledge of DOT regulations Flexibility with scheduling High school diploma or GED Why Drive for Phillips? Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with 1+ year of experience
• Ability to pass FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements
• Strong driving record
• Knowledge of DOT regulations
• Flexibility with scheduling
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Deliver pet food and supplies using 40–48 ft. tractor/trailers equipped with rail gates and electric pallet jacks/2-wheel dollies
• Safely move and stage trailers in/out of bay doors
• Transport equipment to vendors and repair facilities
• Deliver vendor-supplied products
• Complete daily logs and required documentation
• Protect company equipment and maintain required certifications
• Contribute to a strong, safety-first culture
