About The Position

We are looking for Class A Drivers —experienced or recent graduates—to join our dedicated coast-to-coast flatbed operations. Run 48’-53’ trailers on consistent power lanes while earning great pay and enjoying solid home time. Job Details: Routes: Laredo, TX → Gaffney, SC → Indiana → Texas → Portland, OR → SoCal → back east Trailers: 48’-53’ Flatbed Home Time: Every 2–3 weeks with a minimum 34-hour reset Orientation Locations: Laredo, TX; Greer, SC; Gary, IN Schedule: Day or night driving, flexible Average Miles/Week: 2,500 Compensation & Benefits: $1,300+ average weekly pay $0.48–$0.61 per mile based on experience $65 tarping pay $140 securement training per day (1-week on-site) Trainee pay: $650/week for 4–6 weeks (if under 6 months’ experience) Full benefits after 30 days: Medical, Dental, 401K, PTO Trainee Program (for drivers with <6 months experience) Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL. Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
21+ years old
Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
Clean driving record: no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the last 5 years
No DUI, felony, or misdemeanor in the last 5 years
Stable work history: 6 months in the last year & 1 year in the last 3 years outside of training
Must pass urine AND hair pre-employment drug tests
Graduate of accredited CDL school (120+ hours)
Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of unemployment
