Benefits begin on your first day of employment! Commercial Drivers at Young Supply deliver supplies and products to the branches of the company or to customers. Their objective is to deliver products in a safe and timely manner. They are to maintain proper documentation and logs of the goods they are hauling. Drivers are also expected to ensure proper functionality of their company provided delivery vehicle by way of regular inspection and maintenance. Drivers are expected to create and maintain various logs, such as vehicle logs, cargo logs, transfer logs, etc. They are also expected to keep current on driving regulations and required certifications to perform their job. Other Roles & Functions Commercial Drivers are to report delays or other transportation issues to their respective branches, or in the case of a customer delivery, to the client. They are to obey traffic laws and company policies and procedures.
