About The Position

This specific position will be picking up a day cab from the Fontana terminal, driving to the Ontario yard and completing several yard moves with the day cab of several reefer trailers. The driver must maintain the proper temperature with the reefers and be able to complete basic troubleshooting on reefers. This position will also be transferring trailers between the Ontario and Fontana yards and will assist in local runs as needed.

Requirements

• 18 months of driving experience with a tractor/trailer
• Must be at least 23 years of age
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• No major convictions in the past 5 years (DUI, Reckless, Suspensions, etc.)
• Have a valid Class A CDL
• Reefer experience required
• Must have yard staging/yard organization and trailer spotting experience
• Must have local driver experience

Responsibilities
