Weekly Schedule Expectations You’ll work a consistent, structured schedule with frequent home time: Mon–Wed: 3‑day route Leave Monday, return Wednesday night—home Wednesday night Monday: Day route (home Monday night) Tuesday: Day route (home Tuesday night) Wednesday: Scheduled day off (flexibility required) Thu–Fri: Overnight route (home Friday night) Weekends: Home unless holiday routing applies Compensation & Benefits $32.50/hour + Safety Bonus & Pallet Return Bonus Full benefits after 90 days, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and 401(k) Employee discounts on pet food & supplies Casual, team-oriented workplace with events and luncheons Company-supported charitable giving to local animal shelters and organizations What You’ll Do Deliver pet food and supplies using 40–48 ft. tractor/trailers equipped with rail gates and electric pallet jacks/2-wheel dollies Safely move and stage trailers in/out of bay doors Transport equipment to vendors and repair facilities Deliver vendor-supplied products Complete daily logs and required documentation Protect company equipment and maintain required certifications Contribute to a strong, safety-first culture Vacation Relief Responsibilities Cover vacation schedules for route drivers as needed Run any 3-day route as assigned Swap Monday/Tuesday duties with route drivers to support personal appointment needs Flex between day routes and Monday–Wednesday routes What We’re Looking For Valid Class A CDL with 1+ year of experience Ability to pass FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements Strong driving record Knowledge of DOT regulations Flexibility with scheduling High school diploma or GED Why Drive for Phillips? Requirements

Valid Class A CDL with 1+ year of experience
Ability to pass FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements
Strong driving record
Knowledge of DOT regulations
Flexibility with scheduling
High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Deliver pet food and supplies using 40–48 ft. tractor/trailers equipped with rail gates and electric pallet jacks/2-wheel dollies
Safely move and stage trailers in/out of bay doors
Transport equipment to vendors and repair facilities
Deliver vendor-supplied products
Complete daily logs and required documentation
Protect company equipment and maintain required certifications
Contribute to a strong, safety-first culture
Cover vacation schedules for route drivers as needed
Run any 3-day route as assigned
