About The Position
Local CDL A Driver - Dedicated Fleet Job Description 1300 miles per week. On this fleet Drivers will load and unload their trailers using an electric pallet jack, and reload returns back to the distribution center. Routes & Territory Deliveries throughout the State of VA and MD. Equipment All trucks equipped with automatic transmission, pulling 53' trailers. Drivers will need a personal vehicle to commute to the Lidl facility daily. Typical shifts are 12-14 hours with start times between 1900 and 2100 hours. Compensation Average Weekly: $1,671 Average Annualized: $86,892 Top 10% Weekly: $1,735 Top 10% Annualized: $90,220 Stop Pay: $25 per stop Supplemental: $0 per week Notes: Average of 20 to 26 stops per week. $55 load pay. Load Pay $55 per trailer. Detention Pay: $0 per hour 5-Day Mentor Pay: $168 per day
