Requirements
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred (but not required)
- Willingness to be trained in: Quality & Safety Blueprint Reading Hand-Held Gauges Rust Prevention Weld Characteristics Final Inspection
- Ability to read and follow directions and operate machinery
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for long periods
- Ability to complete Job-Specific Standard Work Instructions and Job Safety Analysis
- Pulmonary Function Test required for roles using an air-supplied hood
Responsibilities
- Prepare metal parts for painting and coating
- Use hand and power tools to clean surfaces
- Inspect work for quality and accuracy
- Follow safety and quality standards to ensure top-tier production
- Work as part of a fast-paced, high-performing team
