Trebor International is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembly Technician to join our team. As a Clean Room Pump Assembler you'll be responsible for assembling and testing high-purity air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pumps , service kits, and sub-assemblies used in the semiconductor industry. You'll work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring each product meets our high standards for quality and performance. Pump Assembler I - starting at $19.00/hr + Quarterly Bonus Pump Assembler II - starting at $21.00/hr + Quarterly Bonus Hours are 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently, write by hand, basic computer skills, and operate simple hand tools used to crimp, cut, strip and measure.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test AODD pumps, service kits, and sub-assemblies following detailed work instructions.
  • Inspect components for accuracy and fit, making necessary adjustments or replacements.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and functional testing of pumps.
  • Set up and operate test stands, fixtures, and other specialized equipment.
  • Read and interpret product drawings, diagrams, and standard work instructions.
  • Train and support team members on product assembly processes.
  • Maintain clear communication with peers and leadership to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Transport parts and completed products to designated areas for shipping, stocking, or rework.
  • Identify and document product defects, determining whether items should be reworked or scrapped.
  • Utilize hand tools such as crimpers, cutters, torque wrenches, and measuring instruments.
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards while maintaining consistent and reliable attendance.
