About The Position
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain acceptable safety, quality, and productivity levels as assigned Operate various work centers as required with flexibility Accurately maintain daily production sheets and job clocking, including correct counts Learn and perform machine setups as needed Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner Identify and report scrap defects to the Leader or Supervisor Use hand tools as needed Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally Interact positively with team members and leadership Maintain regular and reliable attendance
