Blair Companies Real Estate is seeking a dependable Cleaner to support facility operations and ensure our properties remain clean, safe, and welcoming. This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and pride in maintaining professional spaces for tenants and visitors. What You'll Do: On-Site Cleaning Duties Perform routine cleaning of sports facility, locker rooms, offices, common areas, restrooms, and shared spaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, windows, mirrors, glass doors, and dust assigned areas Empty trash and recycling receptacles Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces Replenish supplies such as paper products and soap Facility Support Tasks Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards Assist with light facility upkeep (spot painting, minor touch-ups, basic organization) Support seasonal cleaning needs (salt removal, entryway upkeep, etc.) Administrative & Communication Maintain cleaning logs and supply inventory Notify supervisor when supplies need replenishment Communicate professionally with tenants and team members What You'll Bring: Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and follow a routine schedule Strong attention to detail and pride in thorough work Physical ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods Dependability and a positive, team-oriented mindset Benefits and Culture At Blair, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support the well-being and financial security of our team.
