About The Position

A cleaner is responsible for basic cleaning, including cleaning all common areas, bathrooms, entrances, elevators, hallways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, garbage, dusting, polishing and other assigned items/areas. We have multiple shifts available, as well as full-time, part-time and seasonal opportunities.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations
• Must be willing to work assigned hours
• Able to perform the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, loading, lifting, reaching and standing for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all basic cleaning
• Clean, disinfect and restock bathrooms, break rooms and common areas
• Empty trash and recycling containers, and dispose of waste properly
• Cleaning includes sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors in all areas
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers and vacuum cleaners
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Performs additional tasks as needed, including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and trash and bathroom related cleaning work.
