Replace Custodial Technicians or cover accounts. Submit and deliver supplies as needed. On-Call for emergency situations/calls - evenings and weekends. Screening for new Custodial Technicians. Work with Managers to schedule staff and ensure coverage. Manage employee callouts. Corresponding with Custodial Technicians. Report accidents/injury. Address and resolve any employee performance issues – Identify and retrain as seen or directed. Job Description: Train employees- Janitorial and administrative tasks. Requirements

Experience with Commercial cleaning industry a plus.
Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
Detail oriented and strong communication skills.
Results oriented: the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at a moments notice.
Valid Driver's License - Company Car will be assigned.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for employment.
