Join Our Team as a Clearance Center Operations Manager! Goodwill Southern California is seeking an energetic and dedicated Operations Manager to lead our Clearance Center. In this fast-paced, community-focused role, you'll drive sales, production, customer service, and safety excellence—all while contributing to our mission of upcycling products and keeping them out of landfills. What You’ll Do: Lead & Inspire: Supervise and mentor a team of 5-10 Ambassadors, ensuring they have the tools and training to exceed customer and sales goals. Manage Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities including opening/closing, cash register operations, sales floor maintenance, and production processes. Deliver Excellence: Engage with customers, donors, and staff with a friendly, solution-focused approach that upholds our core values of Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence. Ensure Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe work environment by enforcing company policies and standard operating procedures. Collaborate & Grow: Work closely with the Site Manager to plan schedules, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement.
