Of Defense Top Secret U.S. security clearance to support our contract with JTF-N. This position is in U.S. Consulate in Juarez, Mexico supporting the Department of State. Selected applicants will live in El Paso, TX (Vicinity) and travel to/from work location daily. Must be fluent in Spanish and be able to translate from Spanish to English. The selected candidate's responsibilities will include the following: Conducting all-source research, predictive analysis, production and dissemination of intelligence (Both written and oral presentation formats). Provides analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability. Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open-source information. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes. Researching, interpreting, evaluating, and integrating all-source information to assess the relevance and significance of developments in the assigned area. Developing IA-derived action plans, papers, reports, and other products Analyzing national and theater source data, to include, Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Measurement and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT), Financial Intelligence (FININT), and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT). Participating in interagency and/or multinational meetings and conferences in order to present and receive mission-related functional information. Operating computer-based analysis systems and tools, and use a variety of analytical applications, computer systems, software, and ancillary equipment. Conducting senior level drafting, editing, review, and presentation of JTF-N all source-intelligence products on TCOs and their activities.

Requirements

Demonstrate fluency in technical and conversational Spanish (DLPT Level 2+), with the ability to translate between English and Spanish required.
Active DOD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required. Candidates without a minimum of a Top Secret clearance will not be considered.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or 9 years of equivalent experience without a degree.
At least 5 years’ demonstrated experience in All Source Intelligence Analysis for DoD.
Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills necessary to conduct senior level drafting, editing, review, and presentation of JTF-N all source-intelligence products on Transnational Criminal Organizations (TCOs) and their activities
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Palantir, TAC, Mobile Awareness GEOINT Environment (MAGE), and i2 Analyst’s Notebook
