About The Position

Duties consist of specialized clerical work, performing procedural processing tasks, and gathering and/or verifying information. Essential Duties: Display knowledge of clerical practices and procedures commonly employed in administrative, government, legal, judicial, and/or similar Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, callers, representatives of other offices, and members of the Establishes priorities and completes clerical-processing requirements. Composes answers to correspondences and/or filings that are deemed unacceptable for filing. Determines extent and efficiency of existing office procedures and workflow; recommends changes in processing and order of work Analyzes, offers recommendations, and implements improvements in electronically filing, entering and proofreading Work with County and/or Court management personnel, affected individuals both within and outside of the County government, and others such as attorneys, social service personnel, law-enforcement officials, and/or parties to Court cases. Provide information governing assigned programs or cases and explain need for different or additional information, action or assistance. Performs related work as required.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
