About The Position

BakeMark is seeking a detail-oriented Administration Clerk to support our manufacturing and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for data entry, inventory documentation, shipping/receiving paperwork, and general clerical support to ensure efficient plant operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience (manufacturing or warehouse preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
  • Experience with inventory systems a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with inventory systems a plus

Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain production and inventory data
  • Process bills for landing, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Support inventory counts and reconciliation
  • Prepare routine operational reports
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Assist warehouse and production teams with administrative needs
