About The Position

Wynn Resorts Employee Concierge Services Clerk provides exceptional service to our internal guests: our employees. This position will demonstrate refined interpersonal skills and sophisticated communication with employees in person and via telephone. Maintaining the Staff Services Center to the highest standards of elegance, cleanliness, and professional presentation befitting a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and track exclusive employee recognition programs and premium benefits with discretion and attention to detail
  • Support the Employee Services & Communications team with administrative excellence on premium employee events and exclusive communication initiatives
  • Expertly managing employee requests including premium identification credentials, access cards, and exclusive parking privileges with meticulous attention to detail
  • Providing elevated human resources guidance and seamlessly connect employees with specialized resources and expert advisors
  • Set up and track various employee comps offered through our employee recognition programs
  • Assist the Employee Services & Communications team with various administrative tasks associated with employee events and/or employee communication efforts
  • Demonstrate fluent, professional communication in English, both written and verbal, with exceptional interpersonal finesse. Proficiency in a second language is highly valued
