About The Position

Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Rx Refill Clerk to join our team! Come join

Position Summary:

Monitors centralized prescription refill recording and fax systems receiving
between 300-700 refill requests daily. Legibly and accurately transcribes and/or
types in pharmacy refill request online in an efficient and timely manner.
Trouble shoots and resolves issues related to prescription refill requests.
Maintains strict patient confidentiality and good internal and external customer
relations.

Requirements

• At least six months experience in a pharmacy or customer service-related environment

Nice To Haves

• Medical and pharmaceutical terminology highly preferred.
