Clerk, Rx Refill
About The Position
Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Rx Refill Clerk to join our team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day. Position Summary: Monitors centralized prescription refill recording and fax systems receiving between 300-700 refill requests daily. Legibly and accurately transcribes and/or types in pharmacy refill request online in an efficient and timely manner. Trouble shoots and resolves issues related to prescription refill requests. Maintains strict patient confidentiality and good internal and external customer relations. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Requirements
- At least six months experience in a pharmacy or customer service-related environment
Nice To Haves
- Medical and pharmaceutical terminology highly preferred.
